We operate an international school in Jakarta Timur started in 1996 and is authorized to teach the Diploma Programmes of the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) and the CIPP, IGCSE Programmes of the Cambridge International Examinations Board.
**We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team.**
The HR Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies and
strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive
approach to problem-solving.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall
business objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment process.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure employees are
motivated and engaged.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions,
and grievances.
- Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness
and compliance with regulations.
- Handle expats' working/stay permits and all expats' documents. Understanding some
of the government's regulations related to immigration matters.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal
requirements and best practices.
- Supervise accurate HR records, HR admin and employee's agreements in detail.
- Implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee
engagement and morale.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of
experience in HR management.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, training & development,
performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Understand labour law, salary structure and job evaluation methods.
- Good at working with details, in coaching and building interpersonal skills, as well as
in interacting effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS, BPJS E-Dabu, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, & WLKP software
- HR certification is a plus point.
