Hr Manager

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor degree in Psychology/Law/Management or related
- Have experience in all HR function (Recruitment, Comben, People Development, and Industrial Relation);
- 3-4 years of experience as HRD Manager from retail company.
- Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
- Easy-going and agile.
- Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Having a good comprehensive in labor law

**Job Desc**:

- Lead, develop and continue to reshape a mature team across all HR functions.
- Develop and implement an agile HR strategy that supports company.
- Partner with the CEO regarding strategic decision for company.

Pay: Rp10,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- People Management: 3 years (preferred)
- Human Resources: 7 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Mandarin (preferred)
