Engaged in General Insurance, our client offers Personal Insurance products, such as Vehicle Insurance, Fire Insurance, Property All Risks Insurance, Earthquake Insurance, Personal Accidents Insurance, and Travel Insurance.
Our client also offers, Commercial Insurance products, starting from Vehicle Insurance, Fire Insurance, Property All Risks Insurance, Earthquake Insurance, Shipping Insurance, Terrorism & Sabotage Insurance, Contractor All Risks Insurance, Erection All Risks Insurance, Heavy Equipment Insurance, to Machinery Breakdown Insurance.
- Lead and manage the Human Resources function including handling policies, procedures, and coordinating in the areas of recruitment, organizational development, training, performance management and industrial relations
- Develop and deliver on end-to-end HR strategical initiative, C&B, HR operations and company culture
- Develop, improve and drive HR programs and initiatives according to corporate objectives
- Establish and maintain broad, strong and effective relationships across the business and with key internal stakeholders
- Foster a high performance and team orientated, customer centric, safety focused culture
- At least 8-10 years of HR experience in HR Operations and strategic business partnering
- Outstanding communications (especially in English) and interpersonal skills
- Strong in people management and leadership skills - in recruitment, training and development, coaching, conflict management and performance management
- Proven experience in delivering, supporting and/or planning, transformation's change (organizational change is essential)
- Strong planning, negotiation and influencing skills
**Salary**: Rp20,000,000 - Rp25,000,000 per month
