Details of the offer

Payroll management on monthly basis including overtime, allowance, statutory and bonus/Incentive payout.
- Administer Benefit program.
- Induction Plans and onboarding.
- Learning and Development - Plan and organizing Training Based on Department needs
- Annual HR Budget and forecasting
- Maintaining HRIS
- Conducting and managing Performance Management Systems and ensure Annual Appraisals carried out on timely manner.
- HR Reporting and Dashboards, monthly and weekly
- Being point of person for Employees to reach and handle grievance
- Managing Exit Interviews
- Updating Company HR Policy
- Ad Hoc matters as and when required
- All Admin matters inclusive of licensing and permit renewals - Regulatory Compliance
- Arrangements of Travel/Accommodation for Directors
- This is sole contributor role.
- Immediate starter preferred and able to work at Anyer.

**PROFESIONAL QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business with at least 8 Years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, diplomacy and tact.
- Able to read and analyze reports

**Salary**: Rp25,000,000 - Rp35,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- People Management: 5 years (preferred)
- Human Resources: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
