- Have experience in the HR field for more than 8 years
- The latest position must be a Manager position or at least have experience in managing subs
- Have exp to make PKWT, dealing with labor union
- Willing to be a Playing manager

**About work**????????**:
Responsible for developing HR policies to improve employee performance within the Company
Responsible and monitor the HR Administration for maintaining the employee database
Responsible for the employee payroll calculation including personal income tax
Responsible for the industrial relation and employee relation
Responsible for the reviewing of PKWT
Responsible for preparing and monitoring HRGA budgeting
To perform other jobs related duties as assigned by the Management
Responsible for managing and supporting subordinates
