What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our client's business goals. You will manage the recruitment and selection process while supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Overseeing HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation will fall under your purview. Additionally, you will manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs will also be part of your responsibilities.

You have the ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. Your active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills are excellent.
