Hr Officer Remote

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the onboarding process for new hires.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role in (industry/niche).
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with hiring tracking systems and HR software.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environment.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

**Salary**: Rp4,500,000 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruting: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
