Persyaratan

Male with max. 30 y.o
Bachelor's Degree from Communication area or the same field.
At least having 1 years of working experience in the same functions.

Experienced from leasing company is a MUST.

Ability of leadership & create network.

Ability of communication & negotiation.

Willing to do business trips.

Have a license of motorcycle (SIM C).

Tanggung Jawab

Working together with client and personnel to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment and people quality.
To monitor the outsourcing employee's performance especially for their respective area (area of responsibility if necessary).

To approach the outsourcing employees to solve fraud cases.

To perform anti fraud & training program periodically based on company regulations or SOP of company / clients.

To do process of employee's administration & legality process on local DISNAKER.

To do the onboarding process for new employees.

To do the training, coaching & counseling for outsourcing employees.

To coordinate & communicate with the leaders of local clients about fulfillment of MP, employee's performance. result & working process with the approach of deduction number of fraud.
