**HR Services Lead**

**Job Overview**

You will lead the HR Services team, which performs the HR operational activities throughout the employee lifecycle for employees across multiple locations. You will also identify process gaps & ensure documentation. You will report to the HR Director and work closely with your HR team members to provide customer excellence and drive productivity. You will be responsible for multiple HR service areas including employee data, employee lifecycle process management, employee benefits program, rewards and recognition program, HR analytics and reporting.

**Job Description and Responsibilities**

**1. Strategic Planning and Leadership**

? Develop and implement HR services strategies that align with the organization's goals.
? Lead and mentor the HR services team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
? Collaborate with senior HR leadership to identify and address long-term organizational needs.

**2. HR Services Management**

? Oversee the administration of HR processes on onboarding, confirmations, compensation
& benefits, employee data management, payroll and offboarding.

? Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in HR practices in the locations where our employees are based.

? Manage HR systems and technology to improve HR service delivery.
? Implements high quality execution and communication of benefits programs and processes.
? Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains talent.

? Provides support and guidance to HR team members, management, and other team members when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as leading investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.

**3. Employee Relations and Support**

? Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues.
? Develop and implement policies that promote a positive work environment.
? Ensure that HR services are responsive to employee needs and concerns.

**4. Data and Analytics**

? Utilize HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR services.
? Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics for senior management.

**5. Others**

? Performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

? 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in delivering a broad range of HR services in a high growth, changing environment with a solid track record of successfully implementing HR processes and initiatives to make a real business impact.

? Experience in managing people.

**Countries**

? Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia

**Education**:
