Hr Shared Service Specialist

Job Purpose and Impact

Manage databases, work with human resources information system to ensure data integrity, and perform trend analyses on historical turnover, recruiting and staffing.
Help design, implement, and administer programs that make the best use of an organization's human capital to ensure maximum return from their talent.
Assist in developing internal audit procedures assessing employee relation practices and help coordinate diversity and equal employment opportunity programs, training, and compliance.
Assist in the implementation and execution of the recruitment and onboarding programs and policies.
Responsible for support and execution of new benefit program user training for supervisors and other system administrators.
Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience such as HR Operations or Employee Relation. Plantation Industry Background is preferable.
Experience in service areas such as HR data Management, Employees benefits, HR Policy, HR administrations, HR project and HRIS and formalities
Experience with the use of spreadsheets (advance excel) and business intelligence tools (advance Power BI or Power Query)
Advance communication In English is advantages. Preferred Qualifications
Human capital management or payroll system experience
