Hr Staff

Responsible the date base is up to date & accurate in HRIS (New employee, attedance report, leave)
- Responsible for all day to day reports are finish and delivered on time
- Prepare & compile date data for annual & other report
- Proactive & fast response in following up and solving problems or project related matters
- Prepare general letters and internal memo, PKWT, PKWTT
- Maintain employee records & documents, such as new hires, career history, organization chart

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in psikologi or computer science or information system, or equivalent
- Have internship experience as data analyst or related in HR system implementations is a plus
- Good analytical and structured thinking
- Good communication skills
- Have knowledge in Talenta system is a plus
- Willing to be placed in Gading Serpong Tangerang and travel across

**Salary**: From Rp4,500,000 per month
