Hrga Supervisor ~Assist Manager

- Have experience in working at Japanese company (minimum 2 years)
- Strong English communication (verbal and written)

PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Japanese logistic company as a HRGA Supervisor ~ Assistant Manager level to be placed in their head office in Jakarta.

Job descriptions:

- Giving instructions or orders to subordinate employees.
- Become person in charge of compensation and benefit matter especially payroll and its following report
- Responsible to ensure all general affairs service are provided in accordance with company policy (Camp Facilities, Transportation & etc);
- Handling various manpower report to be proceed for registration and oversee its validity
- Other job as requested by the Management
- Report to Director

**Requirements**:

- Have experiences in working as HRGA for 7~10 years,
- Have Bachelor Degree from any field,
- Fluent in English communication,
- Strong in HR field such as developing human resources, HR strategy, and HR program, etc.
