Build and develop HR team, system, and tools
- Monitor and manage the implementation of HRD function include recruitment & organization development process, compensation & benefit, general affair and payroll
- Ensure the entire process of employee performance appraisal, promotion, mutation, and termination.
- Able to handing employee and industrial relation related issues independently
- Holding counseling for high motivating the employee to achieve company target

**PLACEMENT : JAKARTA**

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- People Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
