People are key to Shopee's growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.- Responsible for monitoring the employee database (facility location, HRIS, mutation, etc.).- Handles employee issues (industrial relations).- Monitors mid-management level fulfillment processes.- Aligning with operational teams regarding their manpower needs (replacement, additional staff, expansion, etc.).- Coordinating with Recruiters for external hiring needs (mid-management level).- Responsible for overseeing facilities in the Sumatera Bagian Utara II area (Sumatera Barat, Jambi, Kepulauan Riau)**Requirements**:- At least a Bachelor's degree from Law or related field.- At least has 1 year of experience in Industrial Relations or Human Resource Business Partner.- Has good communication skills and possess excellent team leadership skills.- Willing to travel across Sumatera Bagian Utara II area (Sumatera Barat, Jambi, Kepulauan Riau).- Willing to comply to 5-days work-from-office scheme in Kota Padang.
