Minimum bachelors' degree in Psychology, Management /Law or other relevan background

Minimum 1 years of working experience as HRBP

Having experience in outsourcing company or IT consultant is an advantage

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical and good interpersonal skills

Have a multi-tasking ability and can work independent as well as in a team
