**Job Description**:

- Evaluate the Development of Human Resources Management strategies and performance in implementing the strategy
- Start a process of recruiting
- Execute strategy turn over employee
- Handling Omnibus Law
- Making employee branding

Job Qualification:

- Max.
40 years
- Bachelor Degree/ Master Degree in Law or Psychology, or related field
- Experience in multifinance/ banking companies
- Proven working experience min.
5 years as Human Resources
- Having a managerial level certification from SPPI
- Strong in IR and knowledge of HR systems and Strong in databases
- Fluent in English (oral & written)
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Experience as a Recruitment Manager, Recruiting Coordinator, or Recruitment Consultans
- Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies.
- Placement Kuningan, South Jakarta.
Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources Manager: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
