**What will you do**:
**Responsibilities**
- Produce BIM Drawings/Drafting documents for one or more project services
- Produce (HVAC, Chilled Water Piping, Hot Water Piping, P&ID, HVAC control systems) Conceptual Drawings, Basic Design Drawing, Detail Design Drawing as well as Construction Drawing according to requirements.
- Coordinating with professional staff on reviewing models and comments.
- Make the necessary changes in drawing as per comments given by team members.
- Checking of HVAC drawing and drawing in correlation with other disciplinary Drawings.
- Knowledge of Combined Services Drawings.
- Liaise with Engineers and Modelers with on drawing submission and approval.
- Others as assigned.

**What you bring**:
**Requirement**
- Minimum High School / Diploma / Degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction / MEP industry such as commercial building, industrial buildings, etc
- Competent in reading / understanding construction drawings (architectural, structural, electrical & mechanical).
- Proficient in AutoCAD / BIM / Revit / Plant 3D / AutoPLANT / etc.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Experience in Consumable Goods Industries (Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical) is advantageous.
