Hygiene & Sanitation Officer (168509)

SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, JAKARTA

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITY**:
To assist Hygiene Manager in monitoring and address all matters related to Shangri-La Food Safety Management System (SFS), Local Food Safety Regulation and other Food Safety related system implemented by Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
Bachelor's degree majoring in Public Health Science/Food Technology/Nutritional Science/Food Microbiology
Min. 1 year experiences in food quality assurance (involved in developing, implementation and verification of updated food safety system ISO22000:2018 or FSSC22000) at five-star hotel or large and reputable catering or food and beverage industry
Adequate knowledge in prevailing food and beverage regulation from regulatory authorities
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, words, power points) and good report writing skill
Enthusiastic and dedicated with an eye for details
Service-oriented and well-organized with strong sense of responsibility
