Persyaratan
**Academic Qualifications**:
1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Economic Development, Accounting, Economy Policy, Management, or other relevant fields.
**Years of experience**:
2. A minimum of 3 years' experience in financial planning, implementing, and/or monitoring and evaluation of health programs.
3. Experience in developing Global Fund funding requests, grant making, grant negotiation and involving during capacity assessment and/or verification process by the LFA.
4. Experience collaborating with several multi-lateral and bilateral donors, international health partners, Government and/or civil society representatives.
5. Experience in negotiating and providing presentation and writing in English with multi stakeholder partners.
**Competencies**:
6. Understanding of The Global Fund procedures and requirements is preferable.
7. Demonstrated skills in the areas of Disease Programmatic Plan and Health Budgeting.
8. Excellent analytical skills in programmatic and consolidated budgeting plan.
9. Able to provide guidance/support to the MOH during capacity assessment by GF.
10. Able to deliver work as a team in with a fast-moving deadline. Tanggung Jawab
