As we expand our presence globally, we are excited to announce the opening of our first store in Jakarta, Indonesia in this year 2024.
WHAT WILL YOU DO Responsibilities: Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Utilize financial software and tools for complex data analysis. General Ledger and Reconciliation: Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) Review & Reconciliation: Oversee AR and AP processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate recording. Reconcile AR and AP accounts regularly. Stock Count and Cost of Sales (COS) Management: Coordinate stock counts and reconcile inventory records. Calculate and manage the cost of goods sold (COS) to optimize profitability. Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations. Collaborate with external tax advisors as needed. Audit Preparation: Assist with annual audit preparations. Provide necessary documentation and support during audits. SAP Setup and Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to set up and configure SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) for accounting and financial processes. Ensure seamless integration of SAP modules for efficient data management. Process Improvement: Propose and implement process improvements related to accounting procedures and practices. Streamline financial processes for efficiency. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting. Communicate financial insights to management and stakeholders. WHO ARE YOU Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred. Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience and tax experience. Proficiency in financial software and tools. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
