Key responsibilities:
Thinks beyond the concept on how the concept will come to life using tools like 4 box and create tactical strategy and influencer recommendations using data from tribes, conversation mapping and client given data
A thought leader that uses knowledge of cutting edge trends and leads influencer process while serving as day to day contact with cross-functional internal teams in strategy, media, Comms planning, SEO, insights and creative with mínimal oversight
Builds, grows and maintains strong relationships with creatives, clients and influencers, managers and agents
Manages, inspires and grows team members
Sets KPIs, captures and packages campaign results with mínimal oversight
Leads strategy and onsite management at influencer events
Owns the influencer story within wrap up reporting.
Does more than tell numbers, creates allure around what the numbers mean; Proactively turns reporting into merchandising one-sheets
Defines and frames problems and solutions in interesting ways rooted in storytelling and fuses storytelling and ironclad rationale for influencer recommendations into client facing decks
Serves as a key advisor and represent with the utmost professionalism as sole influencer representative in a room with internal, IAT and day to day clients
Grows business by participating in new business pitches and selling work into existing clients and write resulting scope
