**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** |** **About the role**
The role will be responsible to develop, maintain and manage a 3X funnel based on vendor's set revenue targets, cold calling, routing qualified opportunities for further development and closure.
This role will report to Head of Digital Sales Specialist.
**As the Inside Sales Representative, you will**:
- Conduct outbound calls to make partners aware of their upcoming renewal and renewal options (both product and passport)
- Create and provide customer proposals and supply any related documentation and/or brochures supporting the customer proposed solution
- Will work with the sales team for the Passport offering/Promotions
- Work with existing customers to maintain our high renewal close rate and team quota
- Provide excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |** **About you**
**The ideal **Inside Sales Representative**:
- Proficient with technology, Microsoft Office; prefer Outlook and Excel
- Able to learn new systems quickly
- Familiar with selling, experience a plus
- Customer focused with a passion for exceptional customer service
- Able to thrive in a fast paced inside sales/customer service environment
- Highly organized, able to prioritize and have good time management skills
- Able to track information accurately and have a strong attention to detail
- Able to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times
- A self starter, high energy and results oriented
