**The Role**
- Developing new business opportunities and proposals (and service offerings) which both meet client needs and ensure that WTW generates reasonable levels of profitable growth, with particular focus on Indonesia.
- Ensuring projects are appropriately defined, pitched and resourced to enable maximization of revenue potential along with high quality and efficient delivery.
- Maintaining and developing own technical and industry knowledge.
- Contributing to the development of new tools and approaches.
- Working with the leaders of other practices in Indonesia in developing client and revenue opportunities for WTW within the insurance sector in Indonesia.
- Assisting in the leadership of the ICT in the region, contributing to the strategic development of the practice and demonstrating drive to achieve agreed objectives.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects in the Indonesian insurance market.
- Liaising with other members of the Asia Pacific and Global teams to ensure appropriate consistency of service lines and that advantage is taken of the global skills and resource base.
- Developing and executing the business plan for the ICT practice within the Indonesian insurance market and drive financial results.
**The Requirements**
- Qualified actuary with 8 to 10 years of experience in Life Insurance
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- IFRS17 experience and experience working with WTW software solutions are a bonus
- Proven experience in successfully adding value to client business results
- Highly credible and experienced at discussing complex client issues
- Demonstrated capacity to propose and win profitable new business
- Proven project management skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team of high performing consulting professionals
- Self-driven achiever with a value for teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness, integrity in all that is done
