**_This is you_**
- A minimum of 3 years of related work experience with ServiceNow administration and DevOps.
- Experience in IT service management, ITIL certification preferred (ITILv3 or ITILv4 Foundation).
- Up-to-date knowledge of the marketplace and technology changes pertinent to ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and ITIL processes.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of ITSM data models, reporting, and data governance.
- Self-motivated and driven to stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Certifications like: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer will be considered as an advantage.

- Assist in building and maintaining internal technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes
- Understand how ServiceNow can enable the client to become more efficient and configure the platform to achieve measurable benefits
- Develop systems integrations and process automation
- Configure and maintain SLA, catalog items and their associated workflows
- Working closely with IT and business partners to configure and improve core platform capabilities in accordance with ITIL best practices
- Load, manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systems
- Assists with report configuration and maintenance
