Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution (DMED) brings together the Disney's best-in-class product, technology, and commercialization teams together into one global organization.
DMED is responsible for the P&L management and all distribution, network and engineering operations, sales, advertising, data, and certain key technology functions worldwide for the Company's content engines.
DMED also manages operations of the Company's streaming services including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+ Hotstar; and domestic broadcast and cable television networks.
Disney+ Hotstar is leading the way as one of the largest premium video platform in Indonesia.
It is the dedicated home for streaming movies and shows from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and more.
It is available on most internet-connected devices and offers a variety of original feature-length films, documentaries, live-action and animated series and short-form content.
Alongside unprecedented access to Disney's incredible library of film and television entertainment, the service is also the exclusive streaming home for the latest releases from The Walt Disney Studios.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with the team to develop performance marketing content plans/calendar
- Work with the creative agency to streamlining brief and timeline of creative asset delivery
- Deliver clear direction and inspiration to creative teams and agencies in developing digital creative ads to driving result (cost per action and click through rate)
- Manage performance marketing asset production and management
- Liaise with internal team for asset sourcing and content approvals
- Managing digital creative ads experiments to improve performance.
Planning and evaluating A/B test
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in localization content process, ideally in digital media and entertainment.
- Knowledge in The Walt Disney Company content library, brands, franchises, and characters that define them, and expertise to build further audience engagement
- Strong collaborator with experience working with local, regional, and global teams
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and constantly evolving organizations, and to thrive in an extremely fast-paced and high-pressure working environment
- Adopts a challenging and questioning approach, proposing information and solutions in creative ways
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations
- Strategic thinker with good communications skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to leverage on data to develop strategy/decisions
- Results-oriented
- Proficient in Google Drive, Sheet, and Slide
