Intern - Employer Branding

**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and authentic employer branding content, including but not limited to social media posts, blog articles, videos, and employee testimonials.
- Develop and maintain our social media, ensuring it showcases our culture, benefits, and growth opportunities.
- Produce visually appealing graphics and multimedia content that align with our brand identity.
Monitor and analyze the impact of employer branding initiatives, using data to refine strategies and measure success.
- Assist in organizing company events, both internally and externally, to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employer branding, proposing fresh ideas to keep our approach innovative and competitive.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or related fields.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Basic understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing concepts.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail, design, and visual aesthetics.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
