Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution (DMED) brings together the Disney's best-in-class product, technology, and commercialization teams together into one global organization.
DMED is responsible for the P&L management and all distribution, network and engineering operations, sales, advertising, data, and certain key technology functions worldwide for the Company's content engines.
DMED also manages operations of the Company's streaming services including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+ Hotstar; and domestic broadcast and cable television networks.
Disney+ Hotstar is leading the way as one of the largest premium video platform in Indonesia.
It is the dedicated home for streaming movies and shows from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and more.
It is available on most internet-connected devices and offers a variety of original feature-length films, documentaries, live-action and animated series and short-form content.
Alongside unprecedented access to Disney's incredible library of film and television entertainment, the service is also the exclusive streaming home for the latest releases from The Walt Disney Studios.
**Responsibilities**:

- Create and look for innovative ways to improve processes and functionalities within growth and acquisition team using technologies and automation
- Oversee assigned projects from inception to completion
- Partner with team to improve processes, understand needs/requirements, and create technical solutions
- Manage UTM tracking, tagging, pixel for website, and reporting
- Manage mobile app attribution tools, tracking, and reporting
- Creating digital marketing dashboard (e.g.
Data Studio)
- Creating Google Apps Script in Google Sheet for automation
- Creating audience list for digital marketing campaign targeting
**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Having basic knowledge in digital and performance marketing (e.g.
marketing funnel, audience segmentation, etc.)
- Experience in developing automation script/tools using programming language (e.g., Google Apps Script)
- Experience in developing dashboard in Data Studio
- Understanding of digital advertisement metrics (e.g.
CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, etc.)
Strong collaborator with experience working with marketing, tech, and data team
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload to meet competing deadlines
- Organised and detail oriented - excellent level of accuracy
- Advanced Outlook, PowerPoint and Word Skills
- A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
- Experience driving cross-functional team alignment and strategic planning
- A self-starter capable of working independently, but also as part of a team
- Fluency & strong writing and speaking ability in Bahasa Indonesia and English
