Intern - People Operations

Details of the offer

**Responsibility**
- Supporting employee documentation and records to ensure comprehensive record-keeping.
- Assisting in the organization and maintenance of employee records, ensuring they are accurate and kept confidential.
- Helping in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents
- Contributing to data analysis activities, aiding in report generation, and providing insights to facilitate HR decision-making.
- Collaborating with the People Operations team to ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations, and assisting with related tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Google Sheet, Google Doc, and Google Presentation)
- Basic understanding of HR processes and practices (preferred)
- Analytical mindset to derive meaningful insights from data


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
