Internal Communication Specialist

Supporting Corporate Communication manager in actualizing company's communication objective through internal communications practices and programs and interdepartmental collaboration that create trust and inform and engage employees at all levels.
- Develop communication content for internal communications purposes on a wide range of mediums (memos, newsletters, etc).
- Support event logistics and coordinate administrative organization of remote events and meetings.
- Support strategic internal communication initiatives and help with the implementation of our internal communication strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to formalize and ensure compliance with communication best practices.
- Share new ideas, campaigns, and activities to foster internal socialization and information sharing.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience working in corporate communications, copywriter or content writer, tech companies.
- Effective communicator in English and Bahasa, both in written and spoken.
- Experience writing wide range of content and its medium.
- Experience working on a team and communicating to all levels of the organization.
- Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with events and logistics.
