We're looking for an **International Business Associate **(**Sales Development Representative) **to join our **Demand Generation** team, to **grow our business in APAC and aid our expansion to international markets.**
What You'll Be Doing
You will conduct market research to find our potential hiring partner overseas. We are offering our Talenthub recruitment service for them - a talent discovery and management platform. Using your ability to conduct a deep research you will be able to forecast what is the right company to target, craft a personalized message to them and set up a meeting with our Business Development Team.
**In this role, you will**:
- Conduct market research to find the ideal company that suits Glints business prospects - Find the right person in contact to sell our products
- Craft a personalized message to each company and be responsive for every questions asked
- Setting up meeting between our potential hiring partners and our Business Development team
