Internship - Hr & Ga

You will be part of our HR team, adding your human resource expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence as well as a great Employee Experience**
Your Role**:Your primary objective will be to support HR & GA team**
Your Responsibilities**:

- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
- Gather new hire data + register to private insurance
- Administration related task
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Address employee queries about benefits i.e insurance, annual leave
- Participate in organizing company events

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Strong MS Office skill
- Able to converse in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Time management skill + organized
- Strong team player and is self-motivated
- Diploma/Tertiary certification in Supply Chain, Business, Law or Secretary with Degree Qualifications preferred
