Internship Purchasing Logistics

Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (D3/D4/S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain
Management, Business Management, or related fields;
2. Possess a basic understanding of logistics, purchasing, and supply chain
management;
3. Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing;
4. Proficient in collecting and analyzing data;
5. Have a basic knowledge of office software (such as MS Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint).

Jobdesk:
1. Assist in the procurement process of goods and services, including preparing
purchase requests, conducting market surveys, and gathering price quotations
from vendors;
2. Verify information from vendors regarding the availability of goods & vehicles,
prices, and product & unit specifications;
3. Assist in negotiating prices and terms of purchase with vendors;
4. Record purchase data, manage documents, and assist in procurement
department administration;
5. Coordinate with vendors to arrange product deliveries and ensure stock
availability. Also, collaborate with internal teams, such as logistics and finance, to
coordinate purchase needs and requirements;
6. Support the vendor performance evaluation process, including collecting data and
information related to product and service quality;
7. Assist in preparing purchase and expense reports and provide updates to
management regarding the status of purchases and inventory availability;
8. Willing to perform tasks as instructed by superiors.
