KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
- The Group EP Orientations, Politics, Prescriptions, Priorities are communicated and they are understood by the EP community and from the operational managers
- The level of compliance of the Country Michelin sites regarding the laws and regulations is under control and is continuously improved as expected by the management of the Group
- Implement and control the process to collect, evaluate the new laws and regulations. Inform an support all the Michelin entities in the country, which have to make some actions to adapt themselves to the identified changes, until their full compliance..
- A system of control for the level of compliance of the Michelin sites with about the laws and regulations is implemented and managed.
- It provides a continuously up to date mapping of the risks.
- The operational managers at Country and Region levels have a good awareness of the level of law and regulation compliance inside their zone of responsibility. The country operational managers have a good awareness about the EP stakes.
- A management reporting is published twice per year to inform the operational management about the main risks of their entities about laws and regulations
- Some actions are made to create and maintain the EP awareness
- In order to contribute to the more global Group risk management, a total transparency is implemented with the hierarchical management levels on the situation of the law and regulation compliance.
- An alert is reactively published when a new high risk is identified.
- A management reporting is published to the Region EP manager and to the Time
- zone EP managers
- Some reports are published in order to provide information for internal or external stakeholders
- A good relationship is implemented with external authorities and stakeholders. They are supportive when needed. They consider Michelin as a fair and reliable partner. They are partners to anticipate the future.
- When needed, active participation in external guidance networks or professional networks or punctual stakeholder studies in order to represent the Michelin interests and to anticipate potential risks or opportunities.
- A succession plan is continuously available with person in a pipeline mode (pépinières) when needed (mainly when the training and experience is needed to get to a position). There is no rupture in the EP post supply in the zone.
