IT APPLICATION SUPPORT

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain ticketing by promptly picking up, following up, and resolving opened tickets within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain data integrity
- Monitor & perform regular data backups

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of working experience in IT Application Support or related field
- Operating System and Application knowledge : Windows, SQL Server
- Have strong knowledge (queries & transact SQL) in databases : MSSQL & MySQL (PostgreSQL is an advantage)
- Have strong analytical thinking to identify problems and issues
- Have basic knowledge on hardware and network
- Ability to work both collaboratively in team and independently, taking ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle user requests and complaints professionally and effectively.

WFO - SCBD

**Job Types**: Contract, Full-time
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month

- Tangerang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
