CODE.ID was previously a business unit of INTEGRASI, a system integrator that also provided software services established in 1999. In 2014, CODE.ID becomes an independently run company which currently has around 100 passionate developers with a myriad numbers of skill sets.
CODE.ID has been established since 1999 and became a publicly listed company in Jakarta Stock Exchange in 2001 - as PT Integrasi Teknologi Tbk. It was back to be a private company in 2007.

1. Requirement Gathering, Analysis and Documentation
Collaborate with Lob/Business and IT teams, to gather business requirements, analyze the requirements, validate their feasibility, and translate them into functional specifications design, business rules document and process flows.
Understand their needs and document clear and concise business requirements.
2. Solution Designing
Work closely with-IT technical teams, such as software developers and Enterprise Architecture to design and propose technology solutions that align with the LoB/Support Unit requirements. This may involve evaluating existing systems, recommending new technology tools, and defining system interfaces.
Ensuring aligned with the Danamon's strategic goals.
3. Manage LoB/Support Unit
As Relationship Manager between LoB/Support Unit and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle as well as on day to day related to IT.
Ensuring those requirements meet with LoB/Support Unit requirement. Ensuring all the requirements understand by IT Teams or any other parties related.
4. Testing and Quality Assurance
Collaborate with tester teams to develop test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on the defined requirements. Participate in testing activities, including functional testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing, to ensure that the solution meets the desired quality standards.
Ensuring all the test cases including negative scenario and any others specific scenario execute properly.
1. Min. bachelor's degree in any related field
2. Have at min. 3 years' experience as Business Analyst or role in the same function in mobile / digital project implementation
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Able to illustrate process/design into flowchart, use cases diagram and sequence diagram to be presented
5. Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions & waterfall methodology
5. Have experience on agile/waterfall documentation creation
6. Have experience in agile/waterfall implementation
7. Have banking project experience is a plus
