As a CMDB Analyst, you will collaborate with CMDB Product Owner, CMDB Data Quality manager, CMDB Process owner, and CMDB data owner to improve and maintain CMDB data quality.
We are seeking an IT CMDB Analyst to join our IT team, to be located in Jakarta Your Day-to-Day - Act as CMDB point of contact for CMDB issue and request.
- Creating KB articles for CMDB user guide and solving common problems.
- Analyze and document business requirements related to Configuration Management Database (CMDB) processes, data, and integrations.
- Perform data analysis to identify and resolve data inconsistencies, anomalies, and discrepancies in the CMDB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define CMDB requirements, data standards, and data models.
- Provide regular update on CMDB status to stakeholders Who We're Looking For - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology - Fluent in English both written and spoken - Minimum 5 years of experience in the CMDB area with focus on improving CMDB process and data quality.
- Strong understanding of CMDB and CSDM principles, concepts, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Have continuous improvement mindset and the ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly - Certifications in Cloud infrastructure, ITIL, ServiceNow and Agile is a plus.
