It Commerce Head (B2C)

Team Leadership: Lead a team of developers and business analysts in the development and maintenance of the platform
- Platform Monitoring: Monitor platform performance, track important metrics, and ensure smooth development and resolution of issues as they arise.
- Problem Solution: Handle and solve problems related to the sales platform, both from a technical and business perspective, to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Business Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of business strategy, including increasing conversions, expanding market share, and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Manage the development and improvement of the platform, including managing the team, budget, schedule and necessary resources.

**Requirements**:

- A Business Management / Informatics Engineering / Information System / Computer Engineering / Informatics Management graduate from a reputable university. Masters/MBA graduates are welcome but not a requiremen.
- At least 7+ years of overall work experience in technical expertise, web development, mobile development, project management, database management, security, data analysis, commerce business acumen, and microservices, preferably in tech start-ups, used car marketplace, or any related background
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willing to work in office (location: Sunter, Jakarta Utara)
