Area Placement : DKI Jakarta - Jakarta Timur

**Requirement**:

- S1 Information Technology
- Strong knowledge to research new technologies and provide recommendations on usage in the organization
- Ability to multitask and establish/follow-through on the prioritization of user requests with limited direction
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management best practices including ITIL including Change Management
- Strong knowledge of network engineering
- The IT Infrastructure Supervisor oversees the enterprise system engineering, network engineering and cybersecurity areas for the organization.
- Performs broad supervisory and hands-on technical duties that include proactive management of technical resources and personnel to provide designated services in a reliable and cost-effective manner.
- Distribute instructions from Head expansion & Infra to his/her staff in relation to IT Engineer and Control works based on management Business Plan
- Report every IT construction's milestones and suggest technical and non-technical recommendation to Manager
- Monitor all IT asset Maintenance
- Monitor BoQ estimation and also IT setup methods and specification
- Monitor all IT device and also its methods and specification
- Review any business case/plan for facility setup and renovation
- Create SOP for new project after BAST
- Ensure handover project to operation team with SOP
