**About the Company** Our client who is one of the Indonesia's leading facilities management and food services companies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT & Operations Director

**Responsibilities**:
1. IT Strategy and Leadership:

- Develop and implement the company's IT strategy, aligning it with the overall business objectives.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the IT department, ensuring effective utilization of resources and technology solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in IT to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

2. IT Infrastructure Management:

- Ensure the security, availability, and reliability of the IT systems, implementing necessary measures to protect against cyber threats and data breaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT infrastructure enhancements to support business growth and operational efficiency.

3. Operations Management:

- Lead and manage the company's operations, ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and guidelines to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

4. Vendor Management:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring effective delivery of services and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of services.
- Monitor vendor performance and manage escalations, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

5. Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT and operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify training needs to enhance team capabilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT and operations management, preferably in the facilities management or food services industry.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in IT service management and operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
