It Project Manager

This role provides opportunities to lead and manage IT Project(s) for leading companies to maximizetheir productivities as well as to strengthen their competitive advantages. This role will also provideopportunities to assist leadingcompanies to implement innovative / world-class solutions to addresstheir business needs.- Bachelor Degreein Computer or Information Science/Technology related fieldwith minimumGPA 3.0 (scale of 4.0)- More than3years of experience as Project Manager in financial industry- Demonstrated success in leading IT projects with various project team members- Thorough understanding of Project Management principles and planning- Good understanding of IT procedures and practices- Proficient with Project Management methodologies and tools- Proven experience working with Senior Level leadership- Strong interpersonal skills and executive presentation skills- Ability to influence decisions from top-down as well as bottom-up- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodology- Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams- Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner- Organized with attention to detail- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skill- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities under pressure- Ability to work occasional overtime and a flexible schedule as needed to meet workobjectives and deadlines- Fluent inEnglish- PMP or similar certification is a plusJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuPengalaman:- IT Project Manager: 3 tahun (Diutamakan)
