CODE.ID has been established since 1999 and became a publicly listed company in Jakarta Stock Exchange in 2001 - as PT Integrasi Teknologi Tbk. It was back to be a private company in 2007.

1. Project Planning, Project Execution and Monitoring

Defining project goals, objectives scope, comprehensive project plan, timeline, resources requirements, deliverables, identifying and resolving issues if arise during the project.

Delivers the expected outcomes and satisfies LoB/Support unit requirements.

2. LoB/Support Unit, Risk, Budget, Resources and Change Management.

Identifying projects from LoB/Support Unit, managing relationship with LoB/Support Unit as well as with Vendors, identifying potential Risks and monitor, Developing, and managing project budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring optimal allocation and resources, and collaboration with others IT related to achieve the project on time with good quality.

Manage the project within allocate budget and control the costs.

3. Quality assurance, Documentation, and reporting

Ensuring the project deliverables meet good quality and conduct regular reviews to identify and address if any issues, maintain project documentation, progress reports and conduct regular updates and report to LoB/Support Unit on Project status.
1. bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.

2. Have at min. 3 years' experience as a Project Manager, digital project in banking area preferred.

3. Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions & waterfall methodology

4. Excellent people and project management skills.

5. Strong leadership and team management

6. Strong communication and presentation skills.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

8. Having experience regarding budgeting and financial management

9. Having experience regarding vendor management

10. Having technical knowledge preferred
