It Sales Manager

1. Senior (min 4 - 7 year experience)
2. Ability to lead the customer through the sales process, determining needs, and closing the sale
3. Strong foundational knowledge in information technology, including hardware, software and IT services.
4. Comprehensive business knowledge to create realistic sales projections and objectives for the team
5. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
6. A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and expectations to meet the targets.
7. Individually driven to work in a highly competitive environment where success is the only option.
8. The ability to create best solutions that meet the client needs and help their businesses to grow.
9. Relentless persistence in a competitive marketplace.
10. Strong communication skills - Should possess good language skills, should be able to articulate and communicate things clearly and unambiguously.
