It Service Manager (For Getplus)

**Job Description**:
The IT Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our organization's Information Technology, including managing the IT infrastructure, developing and maintaining IT strategy, planning and budgeting, and providing technical support and guidance. The IT Manager is also responsible for ensuring the secure, reliable, and efficient operation of all office IT systems, and for working closely with other departments to ensure that office IT operations align with organizational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that technology systems are secure and compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Manage cyber security risks and develop risk management program.
- Manage technology related project with the organization.
- Manage technology budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in technology, and make recommendations for new systems or upgrades.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Effective written and spoken English.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT support and project management role.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with practical and pragmatic approach.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Expertise in current and emerging technologies.
- Expertise in risk management and IT governance.
- Ability to develop and manage IT budgets (OPEX / CAPEX) and negotiating with vendors and suppliers.
- Microsoft 365 certifications.
