Job Description

1. Responsible the data analysis of the daily operation and maintenance conditions of infrastructure bottlenecks and

potential problems in timely manner and corrective feedback, thus to ensure SLA compliance.

2. Specialize in helpdesk support and troubleshooting, assemble and handle computer/laptop/network/server related

problems in terms of hardware and software.

Requirement

1. Final year students a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Information Technology

2. Understand Microsoft Windows and laptop troubleshoot

3. Good communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, Mandarin skill is an advantage

4. Ability to work as a team

5. Fast learner, ability to learn, and evaluating new technology
