What we ask
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 1 year in a leadership role, preferably within the FMCG or dairy industry.
- Proven track record of implementing successful IT projects that enhance business operations and customer engagement.
- Strong understanding of distributor models and modern trade dynamics in the retail sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and project management.
