**Get to know the team**
You will be part of Jabodetabek Territory Team and focus on Transport businesses (2W and 4W rides).
The team oversees GrabBike and GrabCar operations in Jabodetabek area.
The team is responsible for meeting the revenue and profit target for each business unit.
Amongst the various teams, you will be most working closely with Supply Management team (who closely engage with our driver partners) and City Operations Team (which consist of on-ground teams who execute ad-hoc projects)
**Get to know the role**
You will be assisting Transport Operations Manager to ensure smooth operation and communications of GrabCar, GrabBike, and other relevant business in Jabodetabek area.
**The Day-to-Day Activities**:
- Responsible to create driver communications in Jabodetabek through various channels; In-App Driver, SMS, WhatsApp
- Support all vertical in Jakarta who needs to convey communications material (draft content, design key visual, create driver group, set publish time)
- Contribute to improve drivers' engagement through communications
**The Must-Haves**:
- Familiar with creating a clear and concise communications through different channel
- Has capability to write, modify, and develop content based on business needs
- Familiar with visual editing software such as Adobe
- Working location based in Jakarta
