Persyaratan

Diploma degree in any major (open for Fresh graduates from Hospitality).

Min 2 years of experience in hospitality industry.

Able to speak Japanese (min JLPT N3).

Can communicate well using Japanese and comfortable to interact directly with Japanese.

Available night shift.

Willing to work in Deltamas, Cikarang.

Tanggung Jawab

Proceed checking in and checking out for customers.

Act as a relation staff between customer service and other departments.

Responding to question and demand from customer.

Handle complaint and any issue from customer.

Providing helpful information about apartment facilities and city public places.

Providing feedback from customer to building management, in order to improve apartment service and overall customer satisfaction ratings.

Other related tasks as assigned.
