**Job Roles & **Responsibilities**:
Worldref is looking for a self-starter with a passion for Industrial B2B sales to join our International Business Development team.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify new business prospects.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies, customer support, and retention plans by analyzing market data
- Understanding client's challenges and providing tailored business solutions
- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients while maintaining relationships with existing International clients
- Ability to manage & assist with multiple International projects concurrently and meet deadlines
**Requirements**:

- BE, B.Tech or Bachelor Degree.
- Prior experience of selling Industrial Equipment's/Valves/Pumps/Gearboxes.
- Must have prior experience of BD with Industrial Plants/Areas/Factories.
- Having 0-6 Months of Industrial sales B2B experience in related areas with a proven track record, preferably from the same industry
- Demonstrated ability to assist with the development, execution of sales plans and deal closures
- Highly motivated with an outgoing personality, a strong sense of initiative, and personal leadership.
- Numbers, quotas, or goal-oriented
- A person who is articulate, organized, detail-oriented, tech savvy and has the ability to multitask
- Be able to excel under pressure to hit sales targets
- Very strong communication skills especially in English (mandatory for dealing with customers)
