**Junior Account Executive, Commercial Risk Solutions**:
We're hiring! Aon is currently recruiting for a Junior Account Executive to join our Aon Global Client Network team in Jakarta, Indonesia.

**What the day will look like**:
- To support the unit as directed by the supervisor in day-to-day activity and administrative duty with priority on providing proper documentations and filling.
- To maintain the file of existing and new clients to support the account manager including updating clients data with the insurer (addition and deletion, updated sum insured etc.)
- To handle and service selected/simple lines of insurance (to be assigned)
- To support in preparing documentation such as correspondence, insurance certificate documentation, Quotation and Closing Advice etc.
- To prepare pre-invoice including the attachment as required and all other administration duties related with the insurance documentation for each client
- To implement SOP in respect of filing, both softcopy and hardcopy, and documentation for the Unit
- To distribute incoming and outgoing documents for the Unit. To replenish stationary for the Unit.
- To implement the Aon Telephone Standard.
- To make communication with insurance companies and the clients regarding to complete the insurance document
- Good implementation of service capability to meet Company Standard Operation
**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to work with all levels within an organization and business partners (active listening, purposeful communication & flexibility) with a good command of the English language
- Able to prioritize and organize work with good time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Ability to deliver under pressure in a high intensity and fast paced multinational environment
