Junior Key Account Manager - APAC (all genders): Location of the role: Indonesia (Remote) As the Junior Key Account Manager - APAC at TrustYou, you will be facing and solving new challenges every day. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing operational support to our key accounts, ensuring seamless communication and assistance with operational inquiries, product troubleshooting, and customer satisfaction. Our Key Account management team is responsible for building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth and client retention.

In your role, you will make an impact by….. Operational Support: Provide support to key accounts, addressing queries related to product functionality, installation, and troubleshooting. Work closely with the technical team to resolve complex issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions for key clients. Conduct refresher and onboarding training for new clients or new users within existing accounts to ensure they are fully knowledgeable about the product. Account Growth and Retention: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling TrustYou's solutions to existing clients and execute plans for client retention, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Provide valuable client feedback to internal teams to contribute to product enhancements and innovation. Salesforce and Zendesk Utilization: Utilize Salesforce for managing customer relationships, tracking interactions, and maintaining accurate records of key account activities. Use Zendesk for tracking and resolving support tickets, ensuring timely responses and resolutions for key account inquiries You are a perfect fit, if you have… Degree in Tourism /Hospitality/ Business Management or industry experience A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer oriented role Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bahasa - any other language is welcome Strong interest in software products and hospitality Excellent verbal and written communication skills The personal qualities of a winner (as part of the team) – self-motivator, energetic, persistence, confident decision maker Experience with a SaaS is a plus Willingness to travel And most importantly, what's in it for you...
